Below is a moodboard I have created to demonstrate the 50′s trend that is emerging in interiors and fashion. The likes of Heals, Habitat, V&A and Liberty have all delved into their archives and responded to the demand of furniture and fabrics from from this era. Key colours to look out for are muted shades of olive green, mustard and vermilion, combined with sugary pinks and blues. Expect to see a lot more of this look throughout 2011, 2012 and beyond…
