As the previous Deputy Interiors Editor at BBC Good Homes magazine, Pippa is a qualified Interior Stylist with over 14 years’ experience in the industry. Styling for magazines, television, books, large advertising campaigns as well as private homes, her clients include John Lewis, Nokia and Marks and Spencer.
Pippa was recently asked to be the Judge for the Decorex Loves Bloggers 2011. Recently she was asked to join the Expert panel for Beautiful kitchens magazine, along with the likes of Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen, offering her expert advice to readers. Last month Pippa Jameson won the prestigious Crown Paints Interior Stylist & Blogger of the Year 2011.
For 2012, Pippa was asked to speak about Design at the prestigious Grand Designs theatre as well as Meet The Bloggers in Amsterdam. 2013 sees Pippa starting work on her own interiors book.
“I started this blog in 2008 after the birth of my first daughter, Elsie-May, so that I could keep my hand in the interiors world whilst I was on maternity leave. The site has been really well received going from strength to strength and is now recognised as one of the UK’s leading Interiors blogs.
I’ve worked on some really interesting projects which range from floating props in a punt down the river Cam for a John Lewis campaign to designing 12 rooms sets for a sofa commercial. That’s the beauty of my job; one day is never the same! I also work with private clients helping them to style their homes and work as a consultant for some large retail companies.
Basically, my main aim for the blog is to share my knowledge so that everyone can source and create beautiful interiors so feel free to email me any questions you might have. It makes me really happy to know that I have helped someone find their dream interior product.”
